Balloon Aftercare & Safety

If collecting your balloons please ensure you have enough space in your vehicle and are able to use your boot and fold down seats if required.
Children and pets should not be left alone with balloons as they can be a choking hazard.
We take every precaution to make sure your designs are made with the highest quality balloons and are inflated hours in advance to ensure there are no faults with them. Once handed over, balloons are your responsibility. Try to avoid excessive handling.
Please do not place your balloons next to a direct source of heat such as radiators or heaters as they will pop.
Latex balloons can cause allergic reactions, please be aware of symptoms and seek medical advice if necessary.
Do not inhale the helium from balloons. It can be dangerous and some balloons may have been treated with other products.
Lastly, please dispose of balloons responsibly (pin it, bin it).
